Heavy Metals and Glyphosate.



The terrible two. How these two compounds wreak havoc on minerals and the entire body.



Glyphosate is a pervasive herbicide sprayed heavily in inorganic farming. It has now infected the majority of the water supply and is almost impossible to completely avoid.



“Glyphosate is a weed killer, the active ingredient in Roundup®, that was first patented by Monsanto in 1974 for agricultural use. It is sprayed in staggering quantities on most commercially grown staple crops, including wheat, corn, soybean, beet, cotton, canola, and alfalfa.”



Glyphosate has been classified as a known carcinogen by The WHO. Glyphosate itself also contains toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, hexavalent chromium and nickel.



The combination of glyphosate and heavy metals has been shown to cause severe kidney damage. The combination of these toxicities results in superoxide ion, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroxyl radicals in the body, which are some of the most toxic compounds known to the human body.





Glyphosate disrupts the Shikimate pathway which is our bodies ability to assimilate and utilize amino acids, which are the building blocks of life.



Glyphosate is a POTENT chelator of the mineral system. This is a huge problem as the minerals in our body are the foundation of every system and its ability to function properly. Without minerals, nothing in the body will work, including enzymatic production and hormones.



Minerals are our most important level of protection when it comes to their ability to detoxify heavy metals. The kicker is that glyphosate opens the blood brain barrier and allows heavy metals to enter the brain. When heavy metals enter the brain, chaos ensues.



Glutathione depletion in the brain leads to rapid neurodegeneration and results in Alzheimers, Parkinson’s and autism. All nervous system and “mental health” issues are deeply effected by heavy metals in the brain.



Optimizing redox and all facets of detoxification is imperative to managing the side effects of exposure to these chemicals and byproducts in the body.



We are electrical beings. The microbiota communicates through electrical signals and the entire body is a battery which requires the mineral system to send electrical impulses. Glyphosate is a potent chelator of minerals and rips apart the microbiome.



This combination is at the root of the dulling of our vibration, hence why we see the rates of chronic disease. Electrical deficiency and toxicity blocks healing on every level.



Glyphosate severely disrupts ENOS (Endothelial nitric oxide synthase) which is a sulfur and zinc dependent compound. This is the root of our bodies ability to utilize light from the sun and bring its electrical energy to the cell.



In order to protect ourselves, first we need to avoid non-organic food, tap water, and eat animal sources raised on healthy pastures.



We also need to increase glycine intake, as glyphosate is a glycine bound molecule. When we increase our intake of glycine, the body pushes out the glyphosate. I utilize @solbrah Glycine about 3-6g per day.
