Did you notice how people who eat an apple every day are thin?
There's a reason for that.
And obese people - they never eat fruit.

My preference is blueberries. Researchers are still not 100% sure as to why, but the data is clear. There is no doubt about the fact that people who consume blueberries on a daily basis, have significantly less cancer percentage wise than those who don't.
The theory is that something in either the skin or the juice, coats our cells and prevents them from mutating into cancerous cells.

It's a major growing region here in Australia. Blueberries have antioxidants, as do apples.

It says here "may" help reduce weight. They don't want to commit to saying eating an apple every day does really help you lose weight.

Interesting. Apples and pears contain quercertin - which also protects you against the virus. They also help prevent diabetes, which most obese people suffer from.
They still don't know about all of the benefits apples provide.

(Off Topic) I didn't realize that you were from down under in Oz. I'm high up in the mountains of British Columbia, in the frozen north of Canada.

That's nice to know @lbj. I read the northern hemisphere has record snow covering right now. I've never seen snow in my life. I love seeing the photos people post of winter during Christmas because it's so novel for us Australians. Down under it's supposed to be scorching hot but this year it's cool. Sometimes I even have to wear a long sleeve shirt or jumper to keep warm. Stay warm!

Did you know about this? No I didn't but a meteor did crash in the forest about 150 K from here about 20 years ago. It shook our windows and the sonic boom was immense.
