I can't stress how important this topic is.
Fix up your breathing and your whole body will realign. It might sound dumb but it is very important that you get your breathing done right.
Here's a basic example of how to breathe properly:
Do this properly and your vagus nerve will begin operating optimally. You will automatically destress. Your blood circulation will improve and your blood will become oxygenated.
