At my age (71) a cold shower could lead to a heart attack, not happening.

At my age (71) a cold shower could lead to a heart attack, not happening.  We don't want that but you did make me laugh. In Siberia they would roll around in the snow after a sauna and thrashing their skin with pine nettles. It's all to do with boosting blood circulation to the skin and opening up the pores. |
