I've always been an avid adherent and believer of doing pushups. I've been doing them on and off since I was a pre teenager. But like everyone I've always adopted a normal width stance while doing them. Problem is that lately I've been seeing a development in my triceps and anterior deltoids, but not enough in my pectorals. So what to do?
I decided for the 1st time in my life to adopt a wide stance when doing them. The results have been very good, in fact better than I could have hoped for. All the pump and burn is now isolated directly to my chest. It's only been a week that I've been doing them, but am looking forward to seeing some positive results.
