I buy expensive sunglasses and they get scratched almost immediately and then I stop wearing them. Maybe that's a good thing. I just found this on the internet. Unfiltered natural sunlight is good for your eyes and overall health. Source: naturalnewsblogs.com/ditch-your-sunglasses-and-sunscreen/

I have a pair in each of my vehicles, and only put it on when the sun is in my eyes when I'm on the highway.

Same here. I have two pairs and I never wear them.
It's only when the glare is too much.

Unfiltered natural sunlight is good for your eyes and overall health. I often buy expensive sunglasses but they scratch easily, so I end up not wearing them. Turns out, this might be a good thing. I found out that natural sunlight is actually beneficial for eye health. But, it's not always bad going with sunglasses occasionally complements my fashion style, as minimalism is key according to tips I read here Fashion tips sunglasses. Great post! It's a simple health hack. And speaking of style, sunglasses can be a smart choice too. They're protective and fashionable. Reminds me of some minimalist style tips I came across on BluFashion - it's all about balancing function with fashion.
